Help/FAQRefunds: No refunds available once the registration/payment is complete or if you do not qualify for a permit or fail the OLCC test. E-mail address: An e-mail is required for your username. You can get a free e-mail address at www.yahoo.com or www.hotmail.com. Taking the OLCC Test: Once you elect to take the OLCC test you will be unable to log back into the ABC's class. You have 2 weeks to take and review the material. Passing the OLCC Renewal Exam Test: You must pass the exam with at least an 80%. If you fail the alcohol server renewal test, the OLCC will notify you by mail and require you to take the initial course again. Unit Quizzes and Final Review Quiz: When you submit your answers, correct answers will be highlighted in an orange/yellow background color. Incorrect answers will show a link at the bottom of the question which will take you back to the original text covering the question. When you have determined the correct answer, press the “back” button or arrow located in the upper left corner of your browser and enter then correct answer and re-submit your quiz. When all of the questions are highlighted in orange you are finished. You can then return to the index to continue the course.. Social Security Number: The OLCC requires a valid social security number in order to validate and process your server permit. PayPal: When you are ready to pay for the course and activate you login information you will be directed to a secure site called PayPal, where you use your credit card to pay for the course. You don't have to start a PayPal account to pay for this course. There are 2 options to choose from:
When you complete the payment you can use the link that says Return to Merchant or Return to ABC to return to the course. Or you can just log into the course with your now activated login information (Username and Password) User Name and Password: This is how you enter into the course. Choose words that are easy for you to remember, for example your name or a favorite pet’s name. Be sure to write these down so you don't forget them. Don't share your login information. Only one person can take the OLCC exam. The Username and password are case sensitive, as in lower case or UPPER case. Forgot my password: on the login page click the “Forgot Password” link; you will be required to validate your registration information. How can I view PDFs? You need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. It's a software program that allows you to view PDF's. Most computers come with Adobe Reader already installed. It is secure and free. Click here to access their download page. How do I watch the Videos? You need to have Flash from Macromedia installed on your computer. It is free and secure. You may download Flash from Macromedia's website click here to access their download page. To play the video click the large play button in the center of the video area. If you are taken to YouTube click the " Back " button or arrow located at the top of your browser. You should return to the lesson; if you don't you can always just log back into the course. How do I move up and down on the page? To move up and down on a page click and use the scroll dial on your mouse or click the side arrows on a page. Expired server permit: You can take this class as long as you have taken an alcohol server course within the last 7 years. However, you must submit a new application for a service permit before your current permit expires in order to remain “legal” when serving. You may download a service permit application using the link from our website or directly on the OLCC website. Haven't received my permit: It usually takes one or two weeks to process the exam and mail out a new service permit (contact OLCC with questions at 800-452-6522).The OLCC will process your test and keep the results on file for 2 years. But you will not receive a service permit unless you also submit the service permit application and fee. If you are still having a problem feel free to contact us.
